It is making an ethically and ecologically responsible contribution to the nutrition of the future. The protein is obtained from the natural bacterium Methylococcus Capsulatus using a patented fermentation process. Although it has a meat-like amino acid profile, it is free from animal ingredients and requires hardly any natural resources in its production. This makes the postbiotic snack an ideal vegan and scientifically proven easily digestible option. The excellent nutritional values contribute to the daily supply of nutrients. The meat keeps its unique flavour by using a gentle steam drying process.
