Can I change my address on the website?

For Security reasons, we do not allow you to change your billing or delivery address on the website. Should you need to update, then please contact Customer Services

How do I open a trade account?

To register as a trade customer, click here and fill in the application form. If your business meets the criteria, we will be in touch to confirm your account details.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your password, “click on the forgot your password?” link on the login page. You will then receive instructions on how to reset your password.

Can I cancel my order once I’ve submitted it?

Once the order has been submitted, it goes straight through to the warehouse for picking. If our team has started to pick your order, you are not able to amend or cancel it.

Can I edit/delete the items in my basket?

Yes. Use the + and – buttons to adjust the quantity of your item. Remember to click the “update shopping cart” button when you have made your changes. To delete the item from the cart, click on the X to the left of the item listing in the cart.

Can I save my basket?

If you log out of your account, your cart will remain the same for when you next log in

Is my stock reserved when I submit my web order?

As soon as you place your order which meets our minimum order requirement, your stock will be reserved.

What is your minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value as we offer an overnight courier service for a small charge for small and top up items up to 30kg.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer an up to 30kg Courier service for £6.99. Our pallet rates are for up to 400kg £25, and over 400kg is free. We also operate a free delivery service to shops in our area on all orders over £250. Postcodes are to be updated to the website soon - please call us if you are in the Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex area to see if you qualify before placing your order.
